I have spent my career in public education, first as a classroom teacher and then as a professional development consultant and adminisistrator. I currently serve as the Director of Assessment for Midland University in Fremont, NE where I also teach two undergraduate and one graduate course for the Education Department.

I have worked in organizational improvement and accreditation at the state, national, and international levels, currently as a Field Consultant for Advanc-ED/North-Central Commission of Accreditatioin. I also am a licensed trainer for the Franklin-Covey Human and Organizational Improvement programs.

My work within The FGR Group is focused on Executive Searches, Individual Improvement, and Organizational Planning. I am married to Linda, have four married children and 10 grandchildren.
